“My boyfriend and I came in with our new puppy on a Monday right before closing without an appointment. I hate to do that to a business, but our puppy had gotten bit and her lip was starting to swell and pus. Dr. Debbie Cassebeer and her staff didn’t miss a beat. They got us in, diagnosed our puppy, and helped us get some antibiotics going right away. All without sass for coming in right before closing and without an appointment. “Another wonderful experience with Dr Debbie Cassebeer and her caring, knowledgeable, and skillful staff. My 9 year old Yorkie, had lost interest in his food, I found a tooth in his bed and suspected he may need some dental attention. I was pleasantly surprised upon calling the office that Dr Debbie does deep cleaning with anesthesia and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I waited a mere 10 minutes in the office, Debbie evaluated his teeth & vital signs and carefully explained the procedure and the expectations, she allowed ample time for asking questions and assured me I would get a call before noon. All went as expected, by the next morning my dog was back to eating & playing vigorously. Thank you Placentia Veterinary Clinic & especially Dr Debbie!”

We had our dogs there for routine shots and even the dogs liked being there. We did wait a little longer tha. We would have liked, but the quality of care and caring staff over rides that. “I want to thank everyone at Placentia Veterinary Clinic for the years of excellent service. We have been coming here for several years. Dr. Cassebeer, or Dr. Debbie, as some call her, is fabulous. She has a no nonsense approach and is very honest about what needs to be done. I appreciate that. Smuck, our pug, is not a fan of Placentia Veterinary Clinic because it usually means a shot or some sort of exam. However, we are always treated with respect and everyone knows us! Dr. Cassebeer is so good with Smuck and every time there has been an issue, it was taken care of. She is like the dog whisperer!! How she knew Smuck had a backache… I will never know! Sometimes we have to wait, but we always get in to see her. Much appreciated!!”
